Super Saiyan Blue 2 or Ultra Blue?

In episode 123 we saw Vegeta's new Limit Breaking form which looks like it is strong as Goku's SSJ Blue Kaio-ken x20 form. Even though animation wasn't best this time episode was really good, we saw new form and Goku's brilliant battle instinct.
